The present invention, in general terms, concerns a corrugated pipe connection joint that is substantially leak-proof, and is convenient to construct and use. The present invention includes a corrugated pipe connection joint structure for joining two sections of corrugated pipes each having a bell-formed end, a connector insert defining opposing ends and a push-ring, and at least one gasket positioned on at least one of the opposing ends of the connector insert wherein the opposing ends of the connector insert are each positioned in a bell-formed end of a pipe section, with the corresponding at least one gasket forming a seal therebetween.
The present invention further includes a corrugated pipe connector insert including a pair of opposing ends, each capable of fitting into a plastic pallet on a section of pipe in which the bell-formed ends have an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the opposing ends of the insert, at least one gasket positioned on at least one of the opposing ends having an outer diameter greater than inner diameter of the bell-formed ends, and a push-ring disposed between the opposing ends having an outer diameter substantially equal to an outer diameter of the bell formed ends.
The present invention also includes a method for joining two corrugated pipe sections including the steps of bell-forming at least one end of a first corrugated pipe section and at least one end of a second corrugated pipe section, reducing stackable plastic containers at the bell-formed ends of the first and second corrugated pipe sections, inserting a connector insert having a first end and a second end into the first and second bell-formed ends of the corrugated pipe sections, respectively.
The present invention advantageously provides a corrugated pipe connection joint and method for connecting two pieces of corrugated pipe, which is relatively watertight, allows for longitudinal offset between adjacent sections and is easily fabricated at the construction site.
The foregoing and other features, utilities and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the following more particular description of preferred embodiments of the invention as illustrated in the accompanying drawings and defined in the appended claims.

According to the people who make plastic pallets, they are better that wooden ones in almost every way.

Plastic pallet has many advantages compared with wooden one as follows: less weight, neat and good appearance, no nails or splinters, no odour, no poison, impervious to acids & alkalis, no sparkles, explosion proof, skid proof, high value in return use. Its original dimension, rigidity and impact strength will last for many years.

As is well known to us, it is dangerous to operate with wooden pallets. Plastic pallet guarantees security for a long period. It is suitable for food, aquatic products, health, chemicals, apparel, shoes, electronics & electrical, rubber, fertilizer, feedstuff, port, and so on. It has become a good assistance in storage and transition and ideal packing container for factory and enterprise

 

1 Clean the plastic containers in hot, soapy water, using a nylon scrubber. Rinse well. Never use metal scrubbers on the containers, as they can damage the plastic.

2 Remove the stains by trying one of several methods. Try covering the stain with a liquid automatic dish washing detergent (one plastic company recommends Palmolive) and allow it to stand for about 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

3 Soak the container in a solution of 1 tablespoon of liquid chlorine bleach to 1 cup of warm water. Allow it to sit for thirty minutes. Rinse until you can no longer smell the bleach in the plastic box.

4 Remove exterior stains. Try using Bar Keepers Friend (or Cameo or Dawn Power Dissolver) and a nylon scrubber to remove stains. Rinse thoroughly.

5 Try an oven cleaner for exterior stains. Make sure there is adequate ventilation. Wear gloves and pour the oven cleaner on the stain. Allow it to sit for the time recommended on the can. While still wearing gloves, use a cleaning cloth or sponge to remove the oven cleaner. Do not reuse this cleaning cloth until it has been laundered. Do not reuse the sponge at all. Discard it. Rinse the plastic container thoroughly under hot running water and wash with liquid dish washing detergent with a fresh sponge or cloth.

 

The stackable plastic container is primarily characterized by a bottom portion, a top portion, a front wall and a back wall and two side walls forming a parallelepiped, the parallelepiped having rounded corners and edges with a mold center plane dividing the parallelepiped through the front wall, the back wall, the top portion and the bottom portion; a handle protruding upwardly from the top portion; a filling and pouring socket protruding upwardly from the top portion in an area adjacent to the front wall, the filling and pouring socket having a shoulder where the top portion and the filling and pouring socket meet; a cap for closing the filling and pouring socket; a U-shaped stacking surface protruding upwardly from the top portion and surrounding the handle, the stacking surface having a planar contact surface for receiving thereon a further identical collapsible plastic container, the U-shaped stacking surface comprising legs extending parallel to the mold center plane and a stacking shoulder connecting the legs and being arranged opposite the filling and pouring socket; and sloped inwardly curved surface areas extending from free ends of the legs in a downward slope toward lateral portions of the front wall adjacent to the side walls to an elevation below the shoulder and extending in an upward slope from the lateral portions to the shoulder of the pouring socket. The sloped inwardly curved surface areas extending from free ends of the legs each have a generally flat downwardly sloping portion extending toward a transition area where the front wall and the side wall merge together, the transition area being at an elevation below the forward shoulder, and a portion curving upwardly from the transition area to the forward shoulder.

It is expedient that the sloped inwardly curved surface area essentially form a plane within a section extending between the legs and the top portion. Preferably, the plane of the sloped inwardly curved surface areas, in the section between the legs and the top portion, extends approximately vertically. In a preferred embodiment, the plane extends at an acute angle relative to the mold center plane toward the filling and pouring socket. In another preferred embodiment, the plane extends at an obtuse angle relative to the mold center plane toward a respective one of the side walls.

It is advantageous that the filling and pouring socket be forwardly positioned such that it protrudes relative to a vertical extension of the front wall, the front wall having a bulge to form a transition to the filling and pouring socket, the legs of the stacking surface being respectively forwardly elongated.

It is furthermore expedient that a top surface of the cap, when in a closing position, is located in a same plane with the stacking surface.

 

For many years, large wooden pallets were used in shipping products from one place to another by air, sea, railways, and on the highway. Recently, many companies have made the shift from wooden pallets to plastic pallets, a decision that is based on sound reasoning at various levels of concern. In this article, we will take a look at why plastic pallets are superior to wooden pallets when it comes to transportation of goods.
  Durability
  One of the most important advantages of a plastic pallet is the durability of the  material over wood. This benefits the both shipper and receiver in a number of areas.
Plastic pallets won't splinter. Wood pallets are prone to splintering during shipping. These splinters can be messy and may even create a safety hazard for handlers. Perhaps even more important, splinters have the potential to damage the goods for which the pallets are supposed to be protecting. Plastic is a highly cohesive material that is unlikely to chip during even rough transport, with no chance of large splinters     breaking off.
  Cost efficient. Of course, the more durable a pallet is, the more money saved by the shipper or receiver. Wooden pallets are much more likely to break apart sooner than plastic pallets; a plastic pallet can conceivably be used for years before it has to be replaced, if it ever does.
  Flexibility
  In addition to their durability, plastic pallets also have the advantage of accommodating different types of goods within the same pallet. Most plastic pallets will include dividers of various sizes, allowing the pallet to be adapted to the goods that one wishes to ship or receive.
  The flexibility of plastic pallets may also mean savings when it comes to transportation costs. Wooden pallets must be stacked in a certain way once emptied; plastic pallets, on the other hand, can be collapsed and fit into a much smaller space. This means that less room is used on the transport vehicle, resulting in lower costs and fewer trips.
  Finally, consider the environmental impact of plastic and wood. While it is true that plastic will break down at a much slower rate, this simply means that a plastic pallet will be used for a much longer period of time (in fact, much, much longer). The continual construction of replacement wooden pallets is much more harmful to the environment than plastic pallets, which can not only be used over and over for years, but they also have the potential to be recycled, and be made from recycled materials.
